Bolt Construction Corp. is a construction company that is servicing the New York area and beyond. It was founded in 2010 in New York State as an S Corporation by Ira Neuberg and Eli Gluck who are bringing building and management experience to clients.
Bolt Construction builds large scale residential (condos & co-ops) and commercial projects that are customized for the owner/developer. The primary objective in all projects is to save money for the owner/developer and value engineer each project. Bolt Construction wants to be the construction company that the owner/developer will go to for all of their building needs and be on or ahead of schedule without any delays in every project.

We construct luxury high end as well as low end Projects, we specialize in ground up as well as gut rehabs and everything in between. We work directly with the owners listening to every specific request they may have. Geographically we have built projects in Long Island, Upstate New York as well as the 5 Boros. We are also in the pre construction phase on a few exciting projects which we hope to disclose in the very near future.
