Dunbar Towers have been standing dormant for a couple of years until Bolt Construction came to the rescue. Bolt Construction is currently on site finishing up the construction on the property.

At Seven stories and 174,000 square feet, Dunbar Towers will be the biggest building to be constructed in Sullivan County in decades. The complex will be shaped like a “Y” with each of the extensions rising seven stories. It will be built on 4 acres, in a quiet wooded area on Dunbar Road near Route 17B. There will be 92 condominium units, with costs starting around $200,000. The complex will also have six luxury penthouses, an outdoor pool and a 4,000-square-foot recreation area.
